Anytime a Murad Package arrives at my house I do admit to getting a little bit excited, I often find that once Dr Murad comes up with something new, others soon follow.  With two new releases available in June/July this year this is the first of two posts.

We all know that our skins suffer from environmental stresses, but seriously, how much notice do you actually take of it ? Blue Light :  This is something that wasn't an issue years ago, now we can't escape it, phones, computers, tablets all emit the dreaded Blue Light, to combat this the ingredient Lutein is a potent antioxidant that protects the skin from Blue Light and also creates a barrier on the skin to shield from atmospheric pollutants like Carbon particles, heavy metals and chemical pollutants.

As you know by now I tend not to go into the science behind a product, all I am usually interested in is does it work ?  having used this constantly since it's arrive I was curious as to why it would be different to any old cheapie brand of SPF, on first use it was no less that bloody amazing, no white residue, it acted like a moisturiser and primer together, so much so I tested it out with nothing else at all on a couple of hot garden days, interestingly I used this on my face and another brand on my body, I never ever use SPF 50 on my body as I like to get colour, I got colour alright, I burned !!!
To be fair I have this year needed a lot of Steriod medication which has clearly affected my skin, BUT my face was 100% fine, no redness no tightness, just completely protected moisturised skin.

You are advised to use this over your usual moisturiser.  I can without any hesitation say that I will replace this once it's empty.
