Studio 10 Age Revere Perfecting Lip Liner + Lip Perfecting Lip Gloss

This is my final post for now on the fabulous range of Studio 10 Make Up, as you know from my previous posts Studio 10 is specifically designed for mature women to give an easy natural make up range that enhances maturity rather than trying to conceal it.  my previous posts are available to read here  should you wish.

For the last good number of years I have always used lip liner, not that I wear dark colours and need to prevent feathering, it's just that I think as we mature our lips begin to lack definition, It also helps keep lippie in place, I have a veritable colouring box full of different lip liners in an attempt to get the shades right, this lip pencil from Studio 10 is a little bit of a genius, instead of attempting to match your lipstick colour it is a universal shade that works with your natural lip colour !  a double ended pencil, giving you the liner at one end and a nude shade at the other that defines the outer line of the lips giving a fuller look.  I LOVE this pencil and now reach for it instantly as my go to liner, as being natural it of course goes with every shade.

I know that Matte lipsticks are all the thing, but I personally prefer a gloss or a metallic, I think as you get older a matte can make your lips look a bit flat dry and aged, so a bit of sheen or shimmer works for me, This Gloss from Studio 10 is once again a very clever product, the shade is called Rose and there is only one shade of gloss in the range as quite frankly it will become your only need, it is a fabulous colour, natural enough to suit everyone as it's almost identical to a natural lip shade but is highly pigmented so there is no mistake that you are wearing lippie, the formula smooths and plumps without being stingy, the texture is gloss but without being sticky, and has really good staying power, it will of course transfer to cups but not in a nasty way as some lip products tend to.
