Hi Darlins
as I am writing this it really is beginning to feel like spring, yesterday was the same, it was so nice it had me taking curtains down to wash and getting them out on the washing line ! Spring cleaning starting a little too early me thinks :)
Talking of cleaning, I have recently been using a skin cleansing brush, Skinvigorate from Mary Kay. If you were unaware this top selling US brand is now available in the UK.
On Opening the box you are presented with the unit itself, 2 brush heads and 2 batteries, really easy to put the heads on, battery compartment was a little harder but I think this is due to the fact that it needs to remain waterproof. So with the brush all set up I was ready to go, this small handy little unit has 2 speeds, I chose the gentle speed for my first use, wet the brush head in warm water, apply cleanser as usual, for my first outing I used an oil cleanser, and literally massaged the oil into my skin using small circular motions letting the brush do it's work, rinse and dry skin, you're face is left feeling the cleanest it has ever been outside of a salon cleanse.
I am going to be 100% honest and say I have had no interest in this type of cleanse, and honestly thought it was just another gimmick. I am more than happy to say I was 100% WRONG having used it the first time it was instant love, and is now being used daily. I have always used water based cleansers, either oil, or hot cloth types, but this just adds to the experience, and the beauty is although you are left totally cleaned, your skin does not feel * stripped * just ready to drink up your chosen moisturiser.
Available in the UK HERE
Do you have experience of this type of cleansing ? would love to know your thoughts.
Love n Hugz
