Murad Age Reform Hydro-Glow Aqua Peel |
Hiya Darlin
As you know I am a little bit obsessed by peeling/exfoliating and really obsessed by face masks, so this new release from Murad really hit the spot as soon as it arrived, I was pretty excited to try this out straight away and you may remember seeing it on my Instagram page a few weeks ago ? the reason I mention this is that from that photo I got a couple of emails saying that the idea of a peel was scary and that the product looked very serious.
Firstly it is serious, Murad skincare is a serious brand which when you look into it has a solution for every type of skincare, and I have often found that Murad will release a product only to be copied by the mainstream months later, so they really are one to watch, on the subject of peeling being scary, of course some clinical peels are ! and there is a downtime where you will look as though you are impersonating a tomato for a couple of days, this is nothing like that although it does the job there is no redness or downtime, so no need to be afraid at all :)
The treatment is designed to exfoliate / remove the dead skin cells from your face by using the large cotton swab that has been infused with a blend of Lactic and Glycolic Acids along with Botanical extracts, they work really gently as you wipe the swab across your face preparing it for the second stage which is the mask. This is where the magic really happens ! a full face sheet mask that is infused with Hyaluronic Acid, Aloe Extract and vitamin B3 that literally boosts moisture into your skin reducing the look of lines and wrinkles and leaving you fully hydrated and glowing, there is so much product in this mask I was able to smooth it into the skin on both my face neck and decolletage after the 20 minute removal time.
There are 4 applications in the box. I would 100% use this in preparation for a night out so that you are starting with the best base ever for make up.
