As you know I have written about a few products now from the XIP Professional range,  Professional Golden Touch Sculpting Palette,    Opal Black Mascara, Platinum Passion Eyeshadow Collection  this time round it's the XIP Professional Pink Satin Blissful Blusher & Brush.





Once again this genius Dutch brand has come up with a winner, you would be forgiven for taking one look at the colour of this blusher and instantly thinking, oh no, way too bright,  trust  me I had the same thought, but dig a little deeper and you find a beautiful delicate shade of pink that would be flattering to all complexions, as always with XIP Professional the product is highly pigmented so a little goes a long way, the powder is butter soft and applies easily, just enough to give you the perfect healthy glow, coupled with the soft sheen highlighter this really is a first class duo, the highlighter gives a soft subtle sheen rather than a glitter ball, can be seen from space effect that no one wants, it will just bring a touch of candle light glow to where natural light would hit the face.




Whilst the whole XIP range is professional makeup you don't need to be a makeup artist to use it, even a novice would find these easy to apply, and the brand have cleverly put a video instruction clip on their site which can be seen  also with it's especially designed brush you don't need to search for the right tool to use, you have it immediately to hand.




On a personal note I tend to prefer cream or liquid blush as I often find that powders do not flatter my mature skin, this however has been a joy to use, with it's butter soft consistency it didn't highlight any lines or wrinkles, dry out or look powdery at all, in fact it has become a bit of a  "go to" in my makeup kit as it's so flattering and literally lifts and brightens your whole look, even on the dullest of days.
