Hiya Darlins,
You will have seen me recently introduce Rodin to the blog, and yes! I do have fascination with founder Linda Rodin.
Linda Rodin at 70 is now an Instagram star who created the original RODIN olio lusso face oil in 2007. She has over 220,000 followers on her lindaandwinks Instagram account.
She was a fashion editor at Harper's Bazaar in the 1970s. has styled Laetitia Casta, Madonna & Halle Berry to name a few. Her Poodle Winks is as much of an Instagram star as the woman herself.
I definitely think it's worth checking out the Instagram account just to get a feel for this stylish beauty.
This time we are discussing "So Mod" from the Lipstick Wardrobe Collection.
A beautiful pale rosy pink that was inspired by the 60's fashion icons such as Twiggy known for the pale pink lip look of the time. This fabulous shade looks darker in the bullet that it does on the lips, and even shows a little darker on the arm swatch, it is a stunning nude rose with a soft sheen, that actually feels as though it's conditioning the lips rather than just being make up, weightless and non tacky the finish is stunning, along with the lasting power.
The Lipstick Wardrobe Collection consists of 5 shades with matching Lip Liners ranging from the palest "So Mod" to "Billie On A Bike" which is a gorgeous deep plum, this is brave collection that will leave you wanting to experiment more with the shades, for me "So Mod" is simply perfect, on my pale skin this shade lifts and brightens where I sometimes find nude pink shades can look flat and one dimensional.
