Week Two Diet / Fitness post

Hiya Darlins,

Well here we are week 2 of Protein smoothies and salads.

Monday.  A.M Protein smoothie, consisting of handful of Spinach, banana, 1 scoop Nutribuddy vanilla protein powder, water.
P.M
Chicken breast, huge salad.

Tuesday.

Same, with Salmon salad PM

Wednesday. Veggie Breakfast while out shopping, which actually was loaded with cals, I discovered after eating it !  but hey ho.

P.M Protein smoothie only as I felt guilty about the breakfast.

Thursday was a BAD BAD day, Daughters Birthday meal out ( Italian ) and of course a slice of Birthday cake !

Friday  A.M Protein smoothie, spinach, banana, almond butter, Protein powder, water.

Saturday A.M  nothing.

P.M Chicken breast sausages with boiled rice and green beans.

Sunday  A.M Cooked breakfast.
P.M Turkey breast steak and salad.

To sum up, not a great week, but Birthday's don't happen everyday, learnt to avoid veggie brekkies. and totally didn't drink enough water.


I didn't wear my fitbit all week, which was bad. I did have a little *play* at exercise on one day, pah and walked into the village on another day, 2 miles ( shameful )  I did consume quite a bit of green tea this week, which I guess was good :)

Writing this down is actually working as at this moment I feel really quite guilty and lazy. 


Loss this week. 

3lb                   7lb total loss in two weeks.
